Vintage 1980’s Pat Richard’s velvet flamenco style dress. Feature sweetheart neckline, puff layered chiffon sleeves to be worn off the shoulders, midi length with fitted body and tired chiffon layered bottom. Dry clean only.  Pristine condition. Pit to pit flat 16.5 inches, waist flat 14.25 inches, out to bottom hem 39 inches.
