70’s Vintage Floral Summer Dress

Beautiful handmade summer dress estimated to be dated from the 70’s. Features short sleeves with ruffle hem, modest neck, zip back closure and full length. Appears to be made of cotton and lined. Excellent condition. Pit to pit flat 18.5 inches, waist flat 19 inches, shoulder to bottom hem 50 inches.
