70’s Vintage Handmade Watercolor Tiered Dress

Vintage handmade tired dress with vibrant water color print throughout. Features straps, square neck and back, zip closure back, full length and lined. There are two pin size hole in tiered bottom and not noticeable when worn. Seems to be made of organza and recommend to dry clean only. Pit to pit flat 17.5 inches, pit to bottom hem 49 inches.
