70’s Vintage Mr Mench of Dallas dress in black with white polka dots, semi sheer long sleeves, fitted waist, tiered bottom and lined bottom. No holes or stains, some fading due to age. Includes a black belt. Pit to pit flat 20.5 inches, waist flat 15.5 inches, shoulder to bottom hem 39 inches.
