Vintage 70’s Unionmade Pleated Dress

Beautiful knee length dress with delicate pleats throughout. Features long blouson sleeves, elastic waist with optional waist tie and button closure from waist to neck. Size medium, but would fit range of sizes with elastic waist. Like new, no flaws.
