Vintage 70’s halter style, full circle silk gown by Vera Hicks in black. Sleeveless style, zip back closure, layers silk bottom, a line silhouette and finished with ostrich feathers. Excellent condition. Professional clean only. Mannequin is a size medium for reference and model an extra small and 5’10”. Could fit a modern extra small to medium size.
