Vintage 80’s black puff sleeve dress by designer Frank Usher. Features scoop neck and back, puff shoulders, long sleeve, bias cut with high slit. The bottom hem is riffled wand top of slit has flowers and extra fabric hung for dimension. The body of the piece is leopard velvet print on sheer organza. Lined. Back zip closure. Made in Great Britain. Dry clean only. Labeled a a UK 38 or US 12. Pristine, like new condition.
