Vintage Full Circle Fairy Petticoat in White

Vintage 70’s 80’s full circle tiered petticoat in white. Features mid to higher waist with upper mesh, side zip closure and full length. Tulle under layer and lace accents. Designed by Under Cover of Tarrance, California. Made of acetate, rayon and nylon. Dry clean only. Made in SA. Excellent condition, with no flaws. 

Waist flat measures approximately 15 inches. Upper mesh allows to fit a range of sizes as it has give.
