Vintage Talbots Velvet Bow Dress 80’s

Vintage 80’s formal dress by Talbots in black with centered bow.  Features a square neckline, long sleeves, and a back zip closure. The top is made of soft velvet material while the bottom is made of chiffon, giving it a elegant and lightweight feel. Mannequin is a size medium, and would fit a medium to large size best.
