Vintage Traditional Tiered Dress by Hail in Creme with Floral Embroidery

Vintage semi sheer cotton full length tiered dress by Hail. Off the shoulder with floral embroidery at bust accent with tonal crochet lace, tired bottom with matching sash tie. Delicate was recommended. No flaws, like new condition.
